As part of the releasing of version 3 of the GNU General Public
License, GNU cpio has been upgraded to the new license.  The new
release, cpio v. 2.9, is available for downloading from
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/cpio and the mirror sites worldwide (see
http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html for the list of those).

The available files and their MD5 sums are:
