Here, T will toggle all images in the buffer and t will toggle the image
under point.  You can also press return on the image at point to show
it.  the letter i was mentioned in another post, which will show the
image in an external viewer.

C-h m while in an emacs-w3m buffer will show you all the keybindings
that are active for the active mode.
