Gnus manual (section 3.1.1: Summary Buffer Lines) states very briefly that when using %B in gnus-summary-line-format it is possible to make things look better:
"Note that it is possible to make the thread display look really neat by replacing the default ASCII characters with graphic line-drawing glyphs." How would this happen in practise?
