I'm familiar with "(mail-header-from message-reply-headers)" and I use it for getting the person's name that I'm quoting. I was hoping for a function which parses all the addresses in "To" and "Cc" fields because I think the whole audience of the message matters when deciding the language and format of the citation line. But if there isn't such function, well, it's not a big problem.
