I also get that quite often but I'm queried if I want to accept the new one (either no, yes only this time, or always). The only setting which I can find in my ~/.emacs which has something to do with it is (setq network-security-level 'high) but it would seem strange that with the default security level of medium you were not queried and instead the connection was aborted.
