I've been using 'gnus-summary-reply-with-original' (R) to reply to e-mails sent to my Gmail account. There are no "process marks" or caching, so the precedence rule at
https://gnus.org/manual/gnus_37.html should not interfere. Yet, somehow, GNUS only marks a *portion* of the e-mails I replied to with 'A'. This is despite the "All Mail" folder showing the correct threading structure. Strangely, I did not see this problem in a different, non-Gmail, account. Many thanks.
