I figured it out.

I have to press and hold down "Shift"
then "B" and "Backspace" or "DEL" quite quickly afterwards.

If I wait 1 second  then the "Backspace" or "Del" button won´t work.

because it appears a menu in choosing different options.
So I have to be quicker then this menu appears.
(this menu is for helping choosing options

because I installed "Iciyles" and using the TAB key shows all possibilities, or simply waiting and this menu opens. It is quite useful for newbies)

You then get prompted "Do you really want to delete this article
forever?"

I can use "B" but what after then?
how can I write or enter "DEL"?

The button on the keyboard is usually labeled 'Delete'.

I can only use my mouse, which is a shame.
