Here is the tentative agenda for the September Tech Coordinators meeting. Although this is a scheduled AEA 5 meeting all are invited to attend. The meeting will be at the AEA 5 Central office 1235 5th Ave South, Fort Dodge in the board room.
9:00 - 11:00 Open peer meeting 11:00 - 12:00 Introductions and discussion on summer projects. 12:00 - 1:00 Lunch, On your own 1:00 - 1:30 Set dates for upcoming meetings 1:30 - 3:30 Sonicwall GMS update and training. We are also working to get reprehensive from Buena Vista to discuss how they have deployed Windows XP on their campus. If we are able to get the BV techs then we will adjust the SGMS update time. We now have the Sonicwall Global Management Software up and running. Presently I have 9 firewalls installed on SGMS. The class will cover how you can configure Sonicwalls, View reports, create weekly reports, Watch for Attacks and users who use the most bandwidth.
