Sorry I missed the meeting last week.
Remote Desktop Client is awesome!!! It is quite a bit better than the
original Terminal Client. It not only controls Windows XP Professional
desktops, but if you are running Terminal Services on your servers, it works
great there too. You can get the server in full screen, not in just a
window as in the past clients.
If you are looking for a cheap solution for Win9x remote control, check
out this URL:

It is a free remote control agent, with an installer for almost every
platform out there. We have been using the Win9x version for almost 6
months, and it is great. With a couple of registry hacks, you can lock down
all of the settings to the user can't touch it. It is part of our Win98SE
image, and has saved lots of driving to do phone support. The user sees
exactly what you do to their computer. The program is small enough to fit
on a floppy.
