� Spoke about the EBVU-Laptop initiative (every BVU student was given a laptop for use at the beginning of the school through until they graduate).
� They use both an ADS (Microsoft Domain) and NDS (Novell Domain).
� They use Drive Image Pro 4 as the imaging software.

The Windows Server vision is a WebServer that will be coming out.
All product support for Windows '98 will start fading out at the end of 2003 and will be completely over in 2004.
Windows 2003 will be coming out soon.

Spokesman from Congressman King's staff came to give the phone numbers for our representative's offices so we can call and chat with them about the E-Rate Termination Act that is in Congress right now. The numbers are available at the AEA Technology Center if you would like them just email Polly.

John Blanchard- planning stages for fall conference.
Contact ITEC to volunteer.
Scott Fosseen gave an update on the Ethernet conversion. He is about 1/2 done.
Also, brief mentions that E2T2 money is in. The Polycom units will be coming soon to the districts that were on the list to get them first. There is money in grant to provide enough bandwidth per district for the units.
