I have eliminated most of my desktop problems by installing Centurion guards or
driveshield on all lab machines. Next year I will also be installing them on my staff
machines. I do know they also have one that works with the mac. If you use their
software version it is easy to manage and disable and reboot from a control computer.

The only virus software I have in my district is on my Esafe gateway machine and then
enough licenses of a different vendor to protect my servers and of coursethe most
important computer on my network --- the one that writes my check!!!!

BTW: I purchased 30 computers this year and I bought them without floppies. I have
enough floppies laying around if I need one. I just keep one machine in each lab with
a working floppy.
