turned on in the Global.cfg file any address in a users webmail address book

Subject: [info-tech] Blocking Spam

> I got to thinking the other day (shocking I know!) that most of my spam
email seems to have addresses from foreign countries. I started to add .fr,

>
> I told the staff that if they do recieve something from overseas to give
me that address so I can whitelist it. So far no one has given me an
address.
>
> The amazing thing is that it has only taken me a year to figure this out.
