An App the Mac Can Brag About - From Forbes.com
It's not often that Macintosh users can brag about an application that simply doesn't
exist on Windows.
Over the years, Mac users have learned to cope with the fact that many major software
developers simply don't develop versions of their major applications for the Mac. They
focus instead on where the numbers are - and that is clearly with users of Microsoft's
Windows platform.
But every once in a while comes along a truly interesting software application that
appears only on Apple Computer's Macs. For a time, the one most often mentioned in this
category was iTunes, but we all know how that turned out: Apple couldn't resist the
sirens' call of the market potential of millions of Windows users using iTunes and
downloading digital music.
But one application we've been playing with for the last several months still appears
only on the Mac and, as far as we know, there is nothing quite like it for Windows. It's
