We have a new Ricoh copier that does high speed scanning even two sided scanning.
We are presently working on scanning transcripts into PDF files. So far it is working great and only takes about 2 minutes per class. Once we get to older transcripts, we will have to maybe copy some of those by hand before we scan them or even scan them one at a time. I then burn 10 years worth of transcripts onto a couple of CD and we move one copy off site to our elementary building.
