Is there any chance that you had a newer version of Outlook on the machine before you sent it in than you have now? Sometimes, older versions of software won't read newer files. Just a thought. I'm not a user of the Outlook calendar, but I have experienced the old vs. new software conflicts.

The superintendent can NO longer see the changes and updates that the secretary does and vice versa. (No changes in permissions have been made.) Any suggestions?
