I don't know if she enjoyed working. Mike Schmidt, Lance and myself heard most of her story one day. I remember most that her husband had passed away a short while before. She missed him very much and told us "She was just waiting to be with him again". Then she proceeded to tell Lance to take the plastic salad dish "Home to his Wife". She did not understand why everyone insisted on throwing away such good stuff. When she came back to the table she brought Mike and myself a new container to take back home as well.
Each time I saw her after that day I could not help but think she was always there to help and with a smile.
