Since my knowledge is without a doubt finite, and getting more so every day,
I have to ask two things
1. What is POETS?
2. Is it possible in a WYSIWYG to create cascading menus? I have GoLive,
DreamWeaver, FrontPage, PageMill, and HomePage, yet have not been able to
get it to work in any of them.
