We have the latest beta loaded on a P4 3.0, with 512 meg of RAM, 80 Gb SATA HD and an on-board video card. My processor rating is a 4.0, my memory and hard drive rating is a 5.3, and my video card gets a 2 and a 1. Overall system rating is a 1. The system is usable, but could be faster.
