Ok, I don't want this to turn into a debate, just want to know something.

I would like to have a databse that can be accessed online from a couple of different sites that are not in my network (must be easy to use).

Can you give me some suggestions of software to use for both the database and web authoring tools to manage and manipulate the databse.  I have a 2003 server ready to go and have contacted some companies, I just also want to hear your opinions.

Thanks,
