I spoke with a rep from the company after looking over the website and what the assessment offers, it appears quite comprehensive and well laid out. One of the things I liked about it is the ability for schools to go together to lower the costs. There is an initial cost to set up the test of $1500 but if more than one school goes together that number can be split many ways. After the set up the cost is $5/student assessed annually. South Hamilton is looking at this assessment and we would like to know if there are other schools that might be interested and if so seeing about setting up a consortium of sorts to lower the costs. If this is something that interested you please email me off list and we can talk. RIght now I know Boone CSD is using the assessment and I am waiting to here back from them to get their thoughts.
