Ok, I guess Spring Break can't come fast enough......
I am officially an idiot. The issue was I grabbed my XPSp2 that was
for an HP computer that had to work together with a Restore Plus disk
NOT my XPSP2 Install CD. As soon as I got the right media, all was
well. Sorry.

This is not the case for all the computers I have, as a few came
completely clean.
