We at EG let them keep their work all through their academic career.  I am so 
very much wanting to wipe things at the end of every year.  I think that if a 
student wants to keep their files then they can get a thumb drive or burn to 
DVD.

Not sure if I can implement that this summer or not.

Backup is a very big deal also when they have so much data
