I just called the number on my letter, and asked them what additional proof of purchase they needed. The guy wasn't sure since what I had submitted in his mind should have been sufficient. So, my case is being referred to a researcher who will contact me with what further information I need to submit to get our vouchers. If you didn't submit invoices you may want to find them. That is what he asked me for first.
