Yes it is a $1 buy out, but they work with a 3rd party that will buy
the excess laptops back at the end of the lease. So if we have 400
laptops for 3 years and only need 200 to go to the elem at the end of
that 3 years, I can sell back the extra 100 laptops to off set my next
400 laptops.
