The frag/rts settings would be somewhere in your AP software. I do not know what kind you are running, or even if you can set them. So these are the a/b/g/n-draft cards?
I thought Aaron said it was an AP software patch and not a Windows patch. I think it is very dependent on what APs you are running as far as that patch goes. I will log in as administrator, fix the wireless card and than log off and hand it to a student and then it will lose the connection.
