Good afternoon, This is just a reminder to fill out the online Microsoft Settlement application. At this point I am recommending that you apply for the 360 day wavier. A school may, but does not have to belong to a consortium and a plan for spending the money does not have to be in place until we get a final settlement. At this point there are still many unknowns on which products will be approved.
Remember that you must file for the 360 day wavier or file your plan during the online application window, which is open from April 15th to May 15th at edinfo.state.ia.us.
