Howdy All,

I have made a change on how our phone system routes calls to me. You can continue to call the same number(s) you always have used. If I don't answer my office phone your call will be routed to my cell phone via "Google Voice". The primary benefit to me is that when you leave a message I will get a TXT message on my cell phone with a transcription of the message. This way when I am in a meeting and can not answer my phone I can read the voicemail to determine the priority of the call-back.

What this means to you: When you call me at (515) 574-5500 ext 91, OR (800) 669-2325 ext 91 you will get a short recorded greeting. If I am not in my office there will be about 10 seconds of silence as our phone system transfers you to my cell phone via Google Talk. Don't Hang Up, this is normal. I will then be able to answer your call, or you will go to voice mail.

Additional Info:
Jason's extension is 92
Internet Response Line is 93
The Internet Response line goes to a voicemail system. I will update the outgoing message on any known outages as soon as I can get to the line. If you are having ICN Internet problems please use the extension 93 so I can focus on correcting any issues.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
