Our company use cyrus-imapd-3.0.5-1.DN.centos7.x86_64.
We need to make cyrus accept "Bare Newline" data reluctantly, because
Microsoft Outlook 2019 send that kind of data with syncing mail data.

I did have the same problem for a few weeks, I did not know about a
patch. I have copied it to Dovecot, and from there to Cyrus IMAP.
Dovecot corrects them automatically (would be really great to have such
a feature in Cyrus).
For me it was only 30GB, not sure how much it is for you ;-)
Maybe you could also look if there is syncing software what could do
this, like ImapSync. https://imapsync.lamiral.info/
