Hi Simon,

Thank you for the question.
It is a long story, it started with installing cyrus 3.2 into a new CT.
Configured to be able to auth against our ldap server.
Then upgraded to 3.4 and after a short time it upgraded to 3.6 beta
(including debian version updates).

So, I don't really remember, what was the original cyrus.conf, but
definitely I did not put maxchild into the config file.
Maybe it was the default and I left there or I copied it from somewhere
in the beginning (yrs ago).
