Hi, I'm a newbie and I've inherited a pretty old cyrus system, and either I or a user has deleted a shared mailbox and I need to try to recover without, ideally, involving our clunky tape backup system.

The root of the shared mailbox was visible but not the subfolders. I mucked about for a while in the past week, trying to make it work but I'm told today that no mail has come through since Anyway, now when I look at the list of mailboxes or try to do anything with this mailbox, cyrus says "Mailbox does not exist" What steps should I be taking now? (besides updating my CV...)
