Likely an error in webpage text. The MTA (sendmail, postfix, etc) handles DKIM, DMARC\SPF. At best Cyrus imap has an LMTP\LMTPS service, but I don’t believe there is anyway to configure it for DKIM or DMARC\SPF.
FYI: I had an issue getting LMTPS working (ie relaying eMail from sendmail MTA & using LMTPS on a second server, I ended up using sendmail on the cyrus server to deliver mail to cyrus imap mailboxes instead of using cyrus-imap’s lmtps functionally. Your experience may differ. But iSchedule DKIM is to do with calendaring / scheduling messages using CalDAV and HTTP(S), and I suspect therefore that this imapd.conf setting is to do with the CalDAV module.
