Hi all, i have a question regarding the sivtest utility that does come with cyrus.
I am asking, as i currently hunt down a SASL GSSAPI issue i encounter with a 3rd party imap/sieve server (dovecot24). Both client and server use cyrus SASL Authentication with "imtest" does work. Authentication with "sivtest" does fail. The difference locks like to be the encoding, with imap the tool uses quoted base64 encoding, while with sieve it uses literal base64 encoding. Is it worth to discus/report a issue for the tool regarding 3rd party servers or is it just for internal testing of cyrus imap server ? If yes, where i should continue to post more details on the issue ? If no, any hints for a general purpose sieve SASL GSSAPI test tool ? thanks and regards, Tami ------------------------------------------ Cyrus: Info Permalink: https://cyrus.topicbox.com/groups/info/Te580e5bb0d1b1263-M74733c5a06721971ddd1f4fc Delivery options: https://cyrus.topicbox.com/groups/info/subscription
