"Minor Version: 12" is very old. The Index Header "Minor Version" is
increased every time the on
disk format of the index file has changed. The number 12 indicates
cyrus-imapd 2.4.x
If you are using a newer cyrus-imapd version you have missed the step
to upgrade the index file with
reconstruct -V max
