Hello,

I need some help please.
I've been running cyrus imapd on ubuntu since ages, using thunderbird clients
(on windows), moving incoming pop3 messages (local) from the mbox onto the imap
server.
Now, apparently since last december, I get an error message saying, the command
failed because the message contains invalid headers. I did an upgrade some time
ago, could hgave been in december, but honestly I don't remember. Now I'm
running 3.4.3 (ubuntu jammy)
I've figured this would be a ">From " line in the headers. Manually deleting
these fixes the problem.
However I checked and this line was in all messages before december as well,
causing no issues.
So I think, this must be something in the upgraded cyrus imapd version, that
wasn't there before and it accepted the ">From " headers.
But I don't find an option in cyrus to ignore these headers or anything. I'm
not even sure what's the proper header, isn't it "From: "?

Anyway, I'm confused what's causing this or how to fix. Apparently not a
Thunderbird issue as it was doing it since many years. Any help, please?
