Position
Responsibilities:
• Writes and develop programs according to specifications;
• Tests and modifies existing programs and eliminate errors;
• Ensures validity of data and user access security in programs; analyzes, updates and rewrites programs as required;
• Writes technical documentation including program development and subsequent revision of inputs and outputs or configuration of technical equipment;
• Interface with Business Analysts for the development of programs
Key Requirements
• At least one year and maximum three years experience as programmer
• Experience in working with RDBMS;
• Experience with 3G languages;
• Good command of English language (both speaking and writing).
Work Attitude/Aptitudes:
• Flexible and able to work under pressure as member of a group;
• Strong analytical skills, and business logic
• Degree in computer science or equivalent or student in final years;
• Open minded, initiative driven, team player.
Additional "nice to have" skills
• Used to work in structured programming environments;
• Experience in working with multi platform systems (both Unix and MICROSOFT WINDOWS);
• Experience of working in a multi site environment;
• Banking field experience is considered a plus
• Knowledge of XML formatting will be considered a plus

PC Specialist
Position
Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day Windows based
workstations troubleshooting and support tasks;
• Phone, email, and hands-on technical support onsite and offsite for Windows
OS users;
• Configure, install, and support PC Windows based hardware and software on
desktops and laptops;
• Assist and collaborate with others to develop and implement network,
application and systems plans;
• Able to occasionally perform system maintenance and upgrades before/after
office hours and on weekends;
• Detects, prioritizes, and responds appropriately to service performance and
availability issues regarding computer systems;
• Responsible for communicating system issues, resolution and additional
information to end users, management.
Key Requirements
• Experience in the use, installation, support, and troubleshooting of
desktop, laptops, Intel based servers and other computer peripherals;
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills;
• Proficiency with Windows 2000 and XP Workstation and other Microsoft applications;
• Availability to travel
within Bucharest.
Work Attitude/Aptitudes:
• Degree in computer science or equivalent or student in final years;
• Flexible and able to work
in high stress situations;
• Customer service orientated;
• Communicative and diplomatic;
• Willing to work early or late and sometimes on weekends as the work demands;

Responsibilities:
• Run and monitor daily operations related to the banking production systems;
• Starting up and closing down the systems according to written procedures;
• Scheduling and loading programs and data;
• Keeping a record or log of the work as it is completed;
• Retrieve, separate and sort program output as needed, and send data to specified users;
• Assistance in testing and developing new programs;
• Backup tape drives management and inventory.
Key Requirements
• Available for a flexible program;
• Attention to details;
• Able to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in working with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
Work Attitude/Aptitudes:
• Computer science or similar - student in final years;
• IT high-school + at least 3 years experience as computer operator;
• Able to work under pressure;
Additional "nice to have" skills
• Programming knowledge;
• Computer administration knowledge;
• Banking field experience;
• Knowledge of English Language.
