Hi Dan, I have used this little 'Password Keeper' for some time, so far without problems.
It's FREE and does just what you want, I believe.

Does anyone know of a good password 'keeping' program?  Basically this would be a place where one could store various usernames and passwords which would be secured from prying eyes by a master username and password.  I swear that PC Magazine used to have a free utility that did this but I can't find it any longer.

Ultimately it would be very cool if I could store the database online, perhaps at a free Hard Drive service like xDrive or the like, and that way I could access my passwords from any Internet-connected computer.
