Cog
Cog is a themeable and modularised intranet homepage written in perl. The
aim is to make almost every aspect configurable via the web interface to
give the user the freedom of choice. Many users each with a separate
configuration and password are supported. Applets such as search, todo,
news and links are included along with several themes.

I stated in my post at the Slackware Forum, that after installing Cog I
proceeded to examine my Apache log file and discovered that the file was
world readable. I also ask for other user to verify the default permission
and one user posted verification while others email me directly. Examining
my logs is what showed the security problem, not Cog itself.
As for this list being Windows specific, I see no mention of that in the
description at topica.
