I viewed the source of that anonymous post, and seems to have been downloaded from
this site.

That's obviously registered in a fake name through NETHERNET.COM which gets their
service from AUZZHOST.COM
The dialup may be a real credit card service, however another possibility cross my
mind is that it's some sort of bogus 1800 number setup to rip CC numbers. I don't
know. I did call the number to verify, but it offers no introduction as to who owns
the verification service.
