I, for one, am not comforted by Yahoo's response. What can they do? Not much! Anyone can sign up for the list and post. What they can do is destroy a really good list such as the informant. Most people are not enamored of Yahoo! After all, if you are active in any webrings, look what they did to webring.org when they took that over! It's all too sick. A wonderful organization was destroyed for no reason.   If it's not broken, don't try to fix it.
