Anyone know anything about ICQ? I've had an account since 1997 but received this site with a request for authorization. This was a request from someone claiming to be the Best Software for ICQ from The ICQ Team with a UIN# of 123456. The UIN did not check out to be from whom they stated they were. If you check the page you will see they offer an IP Sniffer which helps discover friends IP addresses, and other hacking devices. The URL is  http://www.icqteam.com/    I have heard of hackers trying to steal low numbers and mine is a low number, 6 digit. Could it be someone testing the waters so to speak?
