I also have cable internet and the activity lights on my modem have been
going completely nuts for the past couple of days. My connection has been
slower also. I run Norton firewall and it is blocking everything but
doesn't tell me what the problem is. Glad to know I am not crazy, I thought
I had another worm or something. I was hit with the code red worm, I am
running Win 2000 and IIS was running on my machine. But I got all that
fixed. When the activity sprang back up again I even re-ran the patch for
the code red worm thinking it was a mutated form or something. But all
virus scans show a clean machine. :O)
