The Romanian Flex team is looking for highly motivated people to join the Quality Engineering team. You'll have a unique opportunity to help shape the product through hands on use and low level testing, where automation plays an integral part in our test strategy. You'll work closely with a team of dedicated and passionate people who care about the customer and each other. Responsibilities: · Create specifications and testing plans for complex features. · Discover and isolate product flaws quickly and effectively. · Design and implement automated test cases. · Publish and interpret analyses of QA testing. · Work with a highly dedicated team in a fast-paced, productive environment. · Leads small team of 2-3 individuals. · Mentors team members. · Effectively schedules testing tasks. *Knowledge & Skills:* ** · B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. · Four or more years experience as a quality assurance engineer. · Experience in quality assurance process with a focus on functionality and performance testing. · At least three years experience working with Internet applications and/or server products. · Experience programming in Java J2EE. · Working knowledge of J2EE app servers (configuration, deployment, clustering, etc) including WebSphere, Weblogic, JBoss, etc. · Expertise building and deploying web applications with JSP, ASP, or Cold Fusion. · Familiarity with unit test tools such as JUnit, NUnit, or ASUnit. · Build and automation experience using ANT. · Experience testing client-server software. · Working knowledge of SQL and database applications. · Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux environments. · Strong leadership skills.
