JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Ensuring support service to resolve problems encountered by external
customers;
-Examining all problems; evaluating complexity, impact and priority;
-Analyzing support requests sent by the customer by phone, mail or web;
-Working in accordance with procedures for fault management and
ticketing systems;
-Participating as a team member to achieve established objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Work experience in a IT Support for at least 6 months
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc);
-Hardware and OS knowledge (Windows NT, 98, 2000, XP);
-Strong troubleshooting skills;
-Good communication skills;
-Graduates or students (available for full-time work);
-Advantage: Familiar with LAN, WAN technologies and systems and PC
peripherals, as well as remote connection/administration
-Fluent in English.
