GE and GE Money in Romania
GE has been active in Romania since 1984. Since then, many GE businesses have
entered the Romanian market, so that today the number of employees exceeds 1000
and is continuously growing. Currently GE presence in Romania includes the
representative office of GE International, plus a number of business units,
including GE Industrial, GE Healthcare and GE Money.
GE Money entered the Romanian market in the third quarter of last year by
acquiring three specialised financial services businesses - Leasemart Holding
BV (Leasemart, trading under the Motoractive brand), Ralfi IFN SA (Ralfi,
trading under the Estima Finance brand) and Domenia Credit IFN SA (Domenia).

What is the GE day about?
As one of the global leaders in innovation and technology, GE is driving
changes that affect many industries and businesses.
We are looking forward to inviting 150 top senior year students from the
Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest to this unique event.
The GE Day will take place on November 15, 2007 in Bucharest at Romexpo
Exhibition Center, Titulescu Hall. The session for students starts at 2:30pm
and will last until 5:30 pm.
