Receptioner in regim part-time , vorbitoare de limba engleza avansat, pentru
clientul nostru companie multinationala din domeniul FMCG.
Our client is looking for a Receptionist whose mission will be:
- Act as a switchboard operator, dispatch all incoming calls to appropriate
department and person, takes messages when the requested person is not
available and inform him/her afterwards -orally or by sending an electronic mail
- Take calls as soon as possible
- Should not leave his/her working place before finding a replacement
- Send faxes; check incoming faxes constantly during the working day and
distribute them by the mail boxes.
- Receive and register all incoming express mail. Receive all incoming mail and
distribute it by the departments mail boxes
- Greet visitors. Make sure they get registered in the visitors book and no
one goes into the office without a Visitor badge or a permission of the
person they came to visit
Requirements:
- Experience in office administration or public relations is an advantage;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent command of English - written and spoken;
