The aim of this course is to explain the procedures and tools required for the planning and further optimization of 2G to high speed 3.5G, 3.75G and future LTE mobile networks: - Manage radio access network implementation during the roll-out. - Prepare, check and execute network configuration files - Inteligent Frequency planning - Refarming for 4G/HSPA - Connection Between Coverage and Quality of Service - HSPA 1/2 carrier or HSPA 1/4 for smooth transition to HSPA 900 or LTE - Collocation Needs for GSM/HSPA/LTE - How use Network Key Performance Indicators for planning and optimization - Technical support to design optimization for marketing, project managers and the customer, and supervise radio access network implementation. - Interference and Guard Band - Change management activities, in accordance with engineering requests. - Remote support and troubleshooting for integration engineers, customer and 3rd party. - Operate radio access network implementation. - Identify and solve defined/undefined problems utilizing existing procedures/techniques/methods. - Supervise the radio access network implementation.
