Your profile: You are a young graduated from a Technical University, you have one year working experience in another factory in any department or area, you were involved or led at least one project in your life (including school/NGOs); You are a fast learner, team player and full of initiative; You have strong analytical skills, financials savvy and attention to details; Computer is your friend and you have experience with Excel and Powerpoint; Interest in problem solving, optimizing and simplifying processes; You usually challenge the status quo and try to look at things from different angles; You should be able to work independently, with good planning and project management skills.
