The file has been updated to $releasever. As a side note, installing
ovirt-release-2-1.noarch.rpm should setup the right repo for you.
The only bad thing about ovirt-release-2-1.noarch.rpm is the repo's are
not enabled by default. So pulling the repo is easier then installing
the package.
