I propose we move the wiki from www.ovirt.org/wiki to wiki.ovirt.org and
add redirects to www.ovirt.org/wiki
Why this makes since. It will make it easier to break up the site into
2 servers at some point. Including quaid idea of using openshift.
Before we make a change like this I would like to hear from everyone if
they think this is a good idea and if you see any issues I am missing?
