The git-exprol command run yesterday to optimizing running git repos.
The only problem was it run using 'root' thus changing the ownership of the
files inside the git repos and preventing from patches to be merged.
chown -R gerrit2:gerrit2 on all the git repos in /usr/local/src/git fixed it.
going foward we'll run the git-exprol only via jenkins job once or twice a week.
